2. Secure Financing with Our Preferred Lender
We’ll connect you with our preferred lender, FitzGerald Financial Group, so you can get pre-approved and choose the right financing package for you.
3. Select Your Design Finishes
You’ll add your personal style to your dream home by choosing from a wide selection of options for flooring, cabinets, counters and more.
4. Relax and Prepare to Take the Keys
We’ll be hard at work building your new home, but we’re always available to answer any questions you may have. And we can’t wait to celebrate with you when we hand you the keys to your dream home!
